COFFEYVILLE — The Coffeyville Police Department, with the assistance of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Bartlesville Police Department, and the Washington County Sheriff’s Department arrested nine individuals with active warrants during a preplanned round-up operation on Dec. 21.
Police chief Anthony Celeste said that each of these arrests are part of narcotic-related criminal investigations initiated by the Coffeyville Police Department and that additional arrests are anticipated.
Those arrested include:
Rusty E. Kent, Coffeyville, age 44:
• Arranging the sales of narcotics using a communication device.
• Attempted sale of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school.
Amanda D. Yeubanks, Bartlesville, Okla., age 31:
• Arranging the sales of narcotics using a communication device.
• Attempted sale of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school.
Bradley D. Phillippi – Caney (30 years of age)
• Arranging the sales of narcotics using a communication device.
• Possession of drug paraphernalia (Felony).
• Distribute a substance represented to be a controlled substance.
• Theft by deception.
Katherine E. Gibson, Coffeyville, age 21:
• 2 counts of child Endangerment.
• Possession of Marijuana.
• Possession of drug paraphernalia (Felony).
• Possession of drug paraphernalia (Misd).
Ashley R. Skaggs, Coffeyville, age 18:
• Arranging the sales of narcotics using a communication device.
• Sale of Narcotics.
Syble D. Beck, Bartlesville, Okla., age 28:
• Arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone.
• Sale of Methamphetamine.
• Possession of drug paraphernalia (Felony).
• No Kansas Drug Tax Stamp.
• Theft by deception.
• Driving while suspended.
Estella E. Thompson, Bartlesville, Okla., age 29:
• Conspiracy to commit arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone.
• Conspiracy to sell methamphetamine.
• Conspiracy to posses drug paraphernalia (felony).
• Conspiracy to commit no Kansas Drug Tax Stamp.
• Conspiracy to commit theft by deception.
Brandon E. Sereika, Bartlesville, Okla., age 34:
• Theft (Felony).
• Driving while suspended.
John Douglas Logan Jr., Coffeyville, age 34:
• 2 counts of arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone.
• Sale of cocaine within 1000′ of a school.
• Sale of cocaine.
In addition to the above arrests, Coffeyville Police and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Cody J. Fricke, age 23, after serving a search warrant at 1216 W. 10th Street in Coffeyville early Friday morning, Dec. 21. Fricke was arrested on the following offenses
• 2 counts of sale of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school
• 2 counts of arranging the sales of narcotics using a communication device.
• Felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Criminal use of a firearm by a convicted felon.
• Possession of marijuana.
• Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
