COFFEYVILLE — Montgomery County Attorney Larry Markle ruled today that Paul Kennedy, the owner of a Coffeyville vacuum store, was justified in the May 7 shooting an armed robber at the Kennedy Sweeper and Sewing Center. The shooting resulted in the death of Terrence DeShawn Clark, age 23. No charges will be filed against Kennedy. More details to be released later.
