The Oswego Recreation Commission will hold its 2nd annual Trunk or Treat and a Monster March on Monday, Oct. 31 at 6:30 p.m., at the Oswego Rec. Commission located at 715 E. 4th St.
The businesses and the public are invited to participate in decorating their cars, trucks, wagons and SUVs and to bring candy to pass out to all the children. No homemade candy will be accepted.
